We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Job Description:
As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management. As a director, your role will also be included to show the company growth rate of 20% per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including production, vendor management, logistics, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term strategic plans and operational goals and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize operational performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.
- Handle last mile deliveries and able to train team members on vendor management and last mile process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration top business school, Operations Management experience MBA mandatory.
- Minimum of 07 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Shopify Certified and prior experience working with Shopify design features.
- Prior experience using Canva for designing the flyers, graphic designing.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Kaizen White Belt Certificated (Mandatory)
- Typing skills (50 wpm) – Need to pass the test with 50 wpm.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to get on the road for any deliveries during resource shortage
- Must be able to drive a vehicle and possess a Class 5 License.

Salary:
For this position, the pay range can be between $30 - $33 per hour.
